From securing funding for my latest venture, to attending my friend’s wedding in Mexico whilst continuing to support my team and clients, take care of myself and pursue new opportunities it’s been a month of milestones, personal celebrations, and big moves and my schedule has been full, to say the least. But when I tell you your girl is THRIVING in the busyness. The systems are systeming, the businesses are businessing, your girl is WORKIN 😮💨 and most importantly enjoying every second. I’ve been adjusting to all of the new things demanded of me so well. Which leads to the question I probably get asked 10 times a week – HOW!?… How the F*CK am I able to do it all and most importantly, thrive in the busyness of doing it? So today I’m going to give you a sneaky insider look into everything I’ve been up to, plus a breakdown of the core tools and elements I’ve relied on to make it all possible and most importantly ENJOYABLE.
Milestones, Memories & Big Moves – An Inside Look at What I’ve Been Up to.
This past month I have:
- Prepared to launch my new business – Finalised and secured funding (and had way too much fun spending it 😅), had endless meetings with the bank, the team, engineers etc, signed deeds & trusts, signed the lease and got the keys to our premises.
- Attended my friend and longest standing clients wedding in Mexico – We drank, we sang, we snorkelled, we shopped, we ate and we CELEBRATED. And as the intense final push to secure funding lasted right until the last minute before we flew, I spent those 10 days completed disconnected. No laptop. Just me on a lounger in the sun, bliss.
- Managed the Team at RVPA – Delegating, managing, supporting and driving internal development.
- Supported RVPA Clients over OOO periods, getting them ready for 2025.
- Planned for 2025 – Had meetings with the team to communicate the vision for 2025 and plan exactly how we’re going to achieve it (I can’t say much but 2025 is looking 🤩, stay tuned for some BIG surprises).
- Explored new opportunities – Explored opening up the horizons of my career path by leaning in to new opportunities like speaking on stages and mentoring across different areas.
- HAD FUN – Other than the 10 days spent celebrating in the sun with the GORGEOUS bride and the entire wedding party (peep pics below 🥹), there have also been lots of; walks on the beach, drinks after work, dances in the kitchen, meals with friends and family, dog sitting my fav, having my grandparents visit, attending concerts and so much more.
Now Onto The Things That Made It All Possible
1. Structure
I’ve always been someone who thrives on organisation and structure. I love being prepared, laying out plans, and ensuring everything is running smoothly. But more than that, I value freedom. Freedom to explore new ideas, freedom to step away when I need to, and freedom to pursue my passions. That’s ultimately why I started RVPA in the first place: to share the power of STRUCTURE that fuels FREEDOM with other multi-passionate entrepreneurs like you. To lead by example and show you that you can have it all. And this month has proven to me once again just how powerful having this structure can be.
It’s the structure I’ve built that has allowed me to not only thrive in the busyness of life but to lean into new opportunities, create & nurture meaningful connections, lead my teams and continue growing as a person and a business owner.
2. Meaningful Connections
Partners, clients, team, friends, family and more. The connections I have in my life matter deeply to me. I love nothing more than sharing in new and exciting experiences, supporting where I can, learning new skills and creating the space for others to do what they do best. It’s so important to me that my relationships are founded on trust, honesty and integrity and that the people I surround myself with believe in my big dreams as much as I do theirs.

3. The Team
One of the biggest reasons I’m able to thrive in the busyness is the team I’ve built, and the systems that support us all. I’ve intentionally created a team that is both independent and aligned with RVPA’s values and vision. With clear processes, delegation tools, and strong communication channels in place, I’m able to trust my team to keep everything running smoothly AND push the business forward, without my direct input. The team and I have developed systems and structures that support us to maintain momentum, stay on track with deadlines, and consistently focus on growth—without me having to manage every detail. Having the right people in place and the right systems to support them is how I’m able to manage my busy schedule and still keep RVPA moving forward, whilst also exploring new ventures, supporting clients 1:1 and doing more of the things I love.
4. Commitment, Determination and Discipline
Whilst my structure, connections, and team have undoubtedly supported me to not just survive but thrive in the busyness of the past month, it has taken an immense amount of drive and determination from myself to make all of the milestones, memories and big moves possible. There have been many days where my Apple Watch has been deeply concerned for the lack of sleep 😅, and I’ve consumed an ungodly amount of caffeine. But that’s because I’m building MY dream life.
